1. What We Collect
- Account data — name and email address, collected when you create an account via Clerk.
- Quiz activity — answers, scores, and timestamps, stored in Turso.
- Payment data — Golden Pass purchase status. Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe; we never see or store them.
2. How We Use It
- Authenticate you and secure your account (Clerk).
- Track quiz history and show you performance stats (Turso).
- Process one-time Golden Pass payments and unlock pro features (Stripe).
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

4. Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and instantly purge all associated data at any time directly from Account → Delete Account in the app. No email or waiting period required.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage for theme preference and question caching (offline PWA). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
6. Your Rights (HK PDPO)
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data. Send requests to ixyl22@gmail.com. We will respond within 40 days as required by law.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The revised date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
